Ladies' Night Out: Goat Yoga

This upcoming Ladies' Night Out is going to be a fun, lighthearted fitness activity that combines traditional yoga with the playful presence of small goats roaming around you. As you move through poses, friendly goats may climb on your back, nuzzle you, or simply wander nearby- adding an element of laughter, relaxation, and stress relief to the experience. Grab a mat and take some photos ladies, this is goat yoga at $40 a person. This includes all the goats, the light refreshments, and unlimited fun!
